CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Booking & Payment
All sessions and coaching packages must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment secures your scheduled time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Missed sessions (“no shows”) without notice are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Refund Policy
Coaching is a collaborative process and outcomes depend on participation and implementation.
Accordingly:
Single sessions are non-refundable once completed.
Packages are non-refundable once commenced.
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind.
Nothing in this policy excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Coaching Packages
If purchasing a multi-session package:
Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe.
Unused sessions beyond expiry may be forfeited.
Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.

By booking or purchasing Services, you agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy in addition to the Terms & Disclaimer.
